Fulfillment
Other Extendiment plugins
How pre-orders from Preorderline and delivery slots from Slotline show up on the fulfillment board.
Packboard works on its own. If you also use one of these Extendiment plugins, the board picks up their orders and details automatically, with nothing to set up.
Preorderline: a Pre-ordered column
Pre-orders aren't ready to pick until the product is released. With Preorderline active, they wait in their own Pre-ordered column, before To pick:
- The soonest release comes first, and each card says when it ships and whether it's paid, for example "Ships Oct 22 · Paid" or "Ships Oct 22 · Pays on release".
- Release now releases the selected pre-orders. Dragging a card into To pick does the same.
- Paid orders join To pick straight away. Unpaid ones go to Pending payment and the customer gets a payment link; once they pay, the order is Processing and appears in To pick.
Nothing can be dragged into the Pre-ordered column; it only lists what Preorderline holds back.
Slotline: delivery dates and time slots
With Slotline, customers choose a delivery or pickup date (and a time slot) at checkout. On the board:
- each card shows the date and slot, for example "Tue, Oct 6 · 9:00 am – 12:00 pm", or "Pickup Tue, Oct 6",
- orders with a date come first in every column, soonest first, so you pick and pack in the order they go out. Orders without a date follow, oldest first.
